A bundle offer needs to be understandable before a customer reaches checkout—and the checkout calculation needs to match what the store says. For Toetique's UAE store, we reviewed the two-pair offer across the home page, eligible product pages and checkout.

Where the journey needed attention

The offer messaging needed to explain eligibility, the VAT-inclusive total and how the discount behaved when a shopper selected more than two pairs. The initial configuration limited the bundle to one use per order; the later saved rule and final copy described a bundle that repeats for every two eligible pairs of socks.

What we changed

We updated the offer text in the storefront and added an offer explanation on the six eligible product pages. We configured a replacement automatic discount for those eligible products, then deactivated the earlier once-per-order rule without deleting it. The saved record states that product prices, tax, payment and delivery configuration were not changed as part of this work.

On 5 September, the reviewed offer explained a single-pair total of AED 103.95 including VAT and two eligible pairs for AED 160 including VAT. Those are dated project details, not a claim about the offer or prices today.

What was checked

The recorded checkout scenarios covered one pair, two of the same design, two mixed designs, an odd quantity of three, four mixed pairs and a separately excluded mat. The four-pair case returned two repeating bundles, while the three-pair case kept the unpaired item outside the second bundle. The final record also checked that the offer card appeared on six eligible product pages and was absent from the mat page.

These checks reached checkout without entering payment details or submitting an order. They show the documented scenarios behaved as expected at that time; they do not establish a completed payment, a conversion-rate improvement, more sales or profit. The calculation was dependent on the prices, tax and delivery configuration in place, so it needs a fresh review if those inputs change.
