Be specific about who should respond
A job title alone does not define a useful opportunity. We start with the company profile, buying problem, decision roles and the reason someone would take the next step.
Align the campaign and the handover
The proposed work can include:
- An agreed target-company and decision-role brief.
- Offer and landing-page or form recommendations.
- Ad messages and a controlled creative test plan.
- Lead routing, qualification questions and follow-up ownership.
Evaluate conversations, not just forms
Report the movement from response to qualified opportunity and meeting where the data is available. Volume and quality need to be reviewed together, alongside the time your sales team can commit.
Choose a realistic first test
Bring your ideal customer profile, sales cycle and current evidence or useful content. Account features, audience availability and the initial media budget are checked before a launch scope is agreed.
LinkedIn advertising for a B2B buying decision in the UAE
LinkedIn Ads can help a company reach a defined professional audience with a relevant offer. The useful first question is not simply “How many leads can we get?” It is: which company and buying problem are we trying to reach, and what can our sales team follow up on?
If you sell a business service in Dubai, for example, start with a clear customer profile: the business type, the problem you solve, the roles involved in the purchase, the geography you can serve and the evidence a buyer needs before speaking to you. A job title alone may miss other people involved in the decision. The same brief can guide your ad, landing page and follow-up questions in Arabic or English where appropriate.
Should a prospect complete a LinkedIn form or visit your site?
A LinkedIn Lead Gen Form lets someone respond on the platform; LinkedIn describes prefilled profile data and lead retrieval in its form overview. This may be useful when the next step is simple and the sales team can check fit quickly. Agree who can access the submissions, how they will be transferred and how quickly someone will respond.
A website landing page gives more room to explain a complex offer, show relevant evidence and qualify the visitor before an enquiry. It also depends on a usable page, a working form and a measurement setup appropriate to the visitor’s consent and applicable rules. LinkedIn describes ways to compare form and landing-page conversions in its Lead Gen Form analytics guidance. Neither route is automatically cheaper or better; a fair comparison needs a clear offer, similar conditions and enough data to interpret.
What a first phase with NexScaleX can cover
Subject to an agreed brief, we can work through:
- Audience and offer: define the target organisations, buying roles, service area, offer and exclusions; check that the available audience options fit the account and the campaign.
- Creative and destination: prepare the message and a bounded test of suitable creative, plus recommendations for a form or landing page that explains the next step.
- Measurement and handover: agree which actions are counted, how enquiries reach the responsible person and what makes an opportunity qualified. Check the setup before launch; a platform conversion is not automatically a sales-qualified opportunity.
- Review and next decision: compare spend, response, qualification, meetings and subsequent sales where records are available. Decide whether to continue, adjust the offer or audience, or stop the test. Platform attribution and CRM sales are different records and should be reconciled.
LinkedIn’s targeting guide and conversion setup guide describe the platform controls; feature availability and account configuration should be checked at the time of work. Advertising spend, platform billing and NexScaleX fees are separate and agreed before launch.
A simple cost example
Illustration only, not a client result or forecast: if a campaign spends AED 5,000 and records 40 enquiries, its cost per recorded enquiry is AED 125. If 12 of those enquiries meet the agreed qualification criteria, the spend divided by qualified enquiries is approximately AED 417. If two later become customers, advertising spend divided by those two customers is AED 2,500 each for this illustrative cohort. This last number excludes agency fees, other acquisition costs, taxes and revenue; it is not profit or ROAS. A small cohort can change sharply when one outcome changes, and the sales cycle may extend beyond the reporting window.
Discuss your project: Share your offer, the companies or roles you want to reach, where you can deliver, and who will follow up. We can define a practical first scope and its costs together. Discuss LinkedIn advertising.
Plan your next step
Share your current setup, target market and the decision you need to make. We will define the first useful scope, responsibilities and costs before work begins.
